This is the story about Kloppo,

Light at last

by Kloppo | January 8, 2011 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

Pain… Agony… all shall burn, or maybe freeze, under the shadow of my bony fingers.

At last I’m free from my gnome made grave. I shall never let them trap me again. My goal now is to train and gather more power so that I can burn all gnomes from existence.  I realize that in the progress of breaking free from the ground I may have broken some areas to bits.

Most people will blame that overgrown whelpling deathwing. But you and I know he is mostly show and little substance. A’ight back to figuring out where I’m at now and then see if I can find a gnome or two to feed to some crocolisks.

Awake at last. Hmm, still dark…

When trying to get a sense off my location I realize that I’m inside some kind of box. And the smell of dirt is pretty heavy. After a couple of tries I finally is able to break one of the boards of the box. It was a crappy build, typical gnome work, so it wasn’t too hard to break it. The new problem is that dirt starts to enter the damn box.

I might be a little dense at times but I now realize what the short little devils have done. They have put me in a coffin and then put me in a hole in the ground. Bloody damn gnomes… Next time I hear a rustle in the bushes by the road I will just torch it and ask questions later. Due to me being undead I don’t really mind being in a grave or tomb but this is just too much. In my angry state of mind I kind of blast the whole box, and the earth upon it away. I jump up ready to burn every gnome I see into cinder just for the sake off teaching the short ones a lesson. But when I look around it is all empty around me…

The little sons of crippled murlocs, they have just buried me in the woods and I’m lost again. Oooh the next gnome I see will not know what hit him, hmm, or her for that matter.

Burried

by Kloppo | March 5, 2010 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

Ok, I know that this can happen to anyone, but it seems like it happens to me more. I was walking along the road minding my own business, just like I always do. An then all off a sudden 13 angry gnomes came running out of the bushes, have noticed how short they are? Well, anyway. They were shouting something about abomination, and that dead should be buried, not walking around. I’m not dead! I’m undead, but when I tried to explain the difference to them they clubbed me to the ground and everything went dark…

Lots of work to be done today. I have some deliveries and feel a little tired of this place. So I’m of to explore some while doing stuff for these bloodelves. A lot of them seem totally helpless and cant even deliver things themselves. Well well, guess I’m lucky in a way because I can make some cash easy this way.

On my way to Fairbrezze village I also had to take care of a dwarven spy. Only bloodelves is crazy enough to trust one of those short hairy beings. Everybody else knows that they are not trustworthy. The only ones that are worse are gnomes with their tiny fingers always trying to get hold of whatever you have in your pouches and pockets.

Another thing that a encountered on my way to Fairbrezze was something I later learned is called Dead scar. The Dead scar is so far the nicest thing I have seen in this bright countryside. I tried to talk to some good-looking chaps there. They where skinny and limping like a real person should, not agile and bendy like al the jumping bloodelves I see here, but they just tried to kill me?? So I had to resort to another approach, I burned them to cinder, and went on my unmary way.

Flashbacks

by Kloppo | January 17, 2010 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

Alright, I have had some flashbacks that are giving clues to how I ended up naked and broke. As far as I can tell there was goblins, cards, dice and some strong brew involved in the whole thing.

I also have memory flashes of a dark, damp and homely tomb, could that be from where I have lived before.

Yea well well, I’ll tell you more about all of this I I can get my somewhat dysfunctional brain to spill the information.

Learning more magic

Howdy

Now when I have clothes and some cash the mage trainer was much friendlier. She actually showed me how to throw bigger balls of fire, and I was all like “hell yea mam” and “accidentally” set a cat on fire. She was pretty friendly now when I could pay so she also showed me the nice spell “fire blast”. Her name is Garridel and she looks like this.

Garridel

Well I’m off again se you all later.

After looking around in the square for a while I actually landed three jobs. Two for collecting stuff and then there was an reward for finding Thealli’s head.

The unstable mana crystals where quite easy, they were just laying there on the ground. But they forgot to tell me that the arcane cores they wanted where still inside some malfunctioning robots they were aggressive as well! One would think that that was crucial to the mission! I barely got out of that one with my unlife still intact.

And about Thealli’s head. That was still on his shoulders, and he fought like hell to keep it there. But due to my skills in throwing ice and fire I managed to remove it and put it in my bag with some other loot that I “found” while collecting the unstable mana crystals.

All my work resulted in four pieces of silver and 50 copper bits. Ooh and a got a robe as well. So now I look fully dressed. So at least the people I meet don’t look strangely on me for that reason any more.

I also got hired for two more jobs so things are looking up.

Duel with Reavé

by Kloppo | January 4, 2010 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

I was minding my own business walking around in the square checking out the sites and trying to get a job or something. All off a sudden this female blodelf decides she doesn’t like my looks or something and challenges me to a duel!!. Me, a naked, unarmed and lost undead dude! Well there was no way I could talk myself out of it, and the fight was on. I threw ice and fire (not exactly sure how) but I lost big time.

When I was on my knees begging for mercy I must have touched her hart or something, because now she was all smiles and niceties. Reavé (that’s her name) turned out to be an angel in disguise, she gave me a shirt and pouch full off coins. Before I could thank her properly she was gone as fast as she had turned up.

Well so now I have a shirt some coins and also a stick (my first purchase) but I’m still as confused as I was, maybe even more so. Now I’m off to do some more shopping and then we will se about the available jobs here in the square

Falconwing square

by Kloppo | January 3, 2010 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

After a rest I decided to take a look around in the Falconwing Square just to see what was happening and what sort of things where around. The square is quite nice and has an excellent fountain in the center, with flowing water and everything. There are two buildings with one being the inn, with the fancy name, Falconwing square inn. In the inn there is a variety of trainers on the second floor, and also some tradesmen. You can off course get your fill of food and drink here and the atmosphere is hospitable and not crowded at all.

In the other building there are more trainers, but none off them would have anything to do with me, they said I had to frail of a body and should focus on trainings off the mind. Well well, if they say so I guess that’s the way it is. Doesn’t matter really any way since I still have no money and they all want to be paid.

In the square itself there are some vendors and also some people that looks like they could use some help, I will talk with them and see if there is anyone off them that is prepared to pay me for my services.

My first missions

by Kloppo | December 26, 2009 | In Kloppo's unlife No Comments

I went exploring to try get a check on where the heck I am. I can tell you this, I still have no clue and I’m still naked. Well well, I met a blood elf that asked me for some help. The blood elf called herself Alarian and needed help to find one of her outrunner friends. Since I had nothing else to do I figured that this could be a way to make some new friends or at least make some money so I could buy me some new threads. I actually found the outrunner pretty easy, unfortuneally she was dying. The only thing I could do for her was delivering a package to Alarian. So I grabbed the stuff and headed back to the first blood elf. She burst into tears when she heard about her friend, but at least sha gave me 50 coppers for my trouble and told me that there was more coming my way if I could take the package to some innkeeper in a place called at Falconwing Square.

The dead outrunner

The dead outrunner

I keept to the big road so I wouldn’t get into trouble and after a while I could see the square in the distance, I picked up my pace since the dark was coming and I have no idea on what creatures dwell in this neighborhood. When I finally reached the in and delivered the package all I got was some lousy apples. What the heck do I need apples for, I’m naked!

After a while, when I had calmed down I asked the innkeeper Delaniel if she had anything I could do for her to earn some silvers or maybe some laid of clothes even. She told me that she didn’t have anything for me at the moment but that I should try my luck out in the Falconwing Square. According to innkeeper Delaniel there are almost always people there that needs help. My first task though is to sit down for a while and rest my bones, and later I will check out the square.
